  • Problems :

  1. Traditional pharmacies who have been running the business struggling to record the list of orders when they are purchasing products.

  2. Lack of monitoring the product expired date, make pharmacy loses money.

  3. There is no accountability about the stock, because traditional pharmacies record the selling transactions on the manual book. Having trouble with inventory management.

2. Customer App - Android and iOS

  • Problems :

  1. Customer does not have time to search technicians who will be able to response fast and have good service quality.

  2. There is no price standardization in blue-collar service industry. It takes time to customer for comparing technician's services price compare to others.

  3. In real cases, there are many technicians who do not provide guarantee of their services.

  1. Customer will be able to register using phone number and email. They are also able to register using their Facebook or Google account.

  2. By sharing their referral code, as referrer and receiver, they can get benefit when ordering Seekmi's services.

  3. Ordering the services through Seekmi app is easy. Customer can order with detail of information which will be used by technicians for preparing the required tools and giving the best service to customers.

  4. After customer ordered the service, they can monitor each status of their services. If there is any additional work by technician, there is a confirmation to customers before technician do the work. So transparency of service is a must.

3. Vendor and Technician App - Android
​     November 2018 - May 2020

  • Problems :

  1. Manually distributing orders from Seekmi customers to technicians.

  2. Technicians sometimes forget if they have upcoming orders.

  3. Technicians do not know about the quality of their services to customers.

  • Values :

  1. Vendor and technicians will be able to accept the order then give confirmation that technician accepted the order. After confirmed the order, technician will update the status of order until order is completed.

  2. There is functionality that technician can see all upcoming orders in order to give technician flexibility to manage all his/her orders. Also there is reminder functionality to technician when there is order today. 

  3. In order to give room for vendors and technicians to improve quality of their services, in app there is page for seeing the metrics and performance rating.

4. Logistic and Assembly System - Web and Android
​    September 2019 - May 2020

  • Problems :

  1. There is manual process on sorting and routing all the orders which were sent by our clients to us. 

  2. Using chat app between team in Seekmi's head office and team on field (checker and driver) for monitoring the delivery statuses.

  3. In order to complete the status report, they have to send all pictures from checking process until delivery process. It's hard to monitor many orders' statuses using chat app

  4. Assemblers do not know if the package is delivered already or not. This situation make them usually call our team or our customers.

  1. Orders will be added through website then checker through checker app can give confirmation if there is any defect or not. Then after all orders already checked by checker, those orders can be sorted and routed by system.

  2. The drivers through driver app will see the orders which have been sorted. They only just follow one by one order from the driver app.

  3. Through website, customer service team will be able to monitor and track all the orders so that they can update fast if there is trouble in the middle of delivery process.

5. Corporate and B2B Dashboard  - Web
​    July 2019 - May 2020

  • Problems :

  1. There is manual process from our corporate clients who want use our service. Usually the manual process using email or any mobile chat platform.

  2. Limitation on manual process create bottleneck that internal team from Seekmi can not handle all the services in good quality.

  3. Using spreadsheet as a tool for maintaining and monitoring the orders really take time and there is high possibility on human error.

6. ReCharge App - Android and iOS
​    November 2017 - November 2018

  • Problem :

Nowadays, smartphone is an important daily tool for people to help and support their activities such as manage meeting schedule, ordering taxi, chatting, social media and etc. So, it will be very frustrated for people if their smartphone is run out of battery.

  • Actor :

Recharge's customers.

  • Values :

Our customer will use the app in order to rent a power bank from machines which were spread to many locations.

7. ReCharge Promo Management - Web

  • Problem :

In order to attract new users and maintain the existing users, there are promos which will be added and announced frequently. Marketing team will create promo and send that promo content to engineering team who will add the content to database manually.

  • Problem :

There are two types of content in ReCharge's large machine which were updated frequently. Those two contents are videos (placing on top of screen) and images (placing on bottom of screen) . Those contents were created by marketing team then sent to engineering, after that operations team will check it manually.
